Lenette Hewitt named Marketing Professional of the Year in the Bay Area
After achieving a sales volume of $109 million in 2021, Davidson Communities’ VP Lenette Hewitt has been honored as Marketing Professional of the Year by the Building Industry Association of the Bay Area.
Hewitt was recognized for her sales and marketing wizardry at Waters Edge at Delta Coves in Bethel Island, Calif., Davidson’s one-of-a-kind neighborhood situated along the canals of the California Delta, about an hour from San Francisco.

Hewitt has been working in the building industry for 27 years in all areas of sales & marketing, overseeing architecture, interior design, specifications, branding, signage, marketing and selling over 94 projects including 8,900 homes throughout Los Angeles, Orange County, the Bay Area, and San Diego.
Prior to working with Davidson Communities, she was the Vice President of Marketing at Urban Housing Partners (UHP) for 10 years, working on such marque projects as Smart Corner, Sapphire Tower, and One Paseo. Before UHP, Hewitt was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Barratt American’s Urban Division and has worked for other notable homebuilders including William Lyon Homes, The Olson Company, California Pacific Homes, McMillin, and Next Space Development.
Hewitt is a graduate of San Diego State University, majoring in jourmalism with an emphasis in advertising, and a minor in sociology.
